Shipping and Return Policy

We currently ship anywhere within the US. We are also available on Amazon.com where we ship to the US and Canada.

For customers who want to pick up orders on-site in West Seattle, please choose the 'on-site' shipping option during check out. Once your order is received, you will receive an email to coordinate a time for pick-up.

Orders are processed Mon - Fri during office hours (10am-4pm PST, except holidays).

In stock items are shipped 2 business days after processing and usually take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive (USPS). You will be notified of the shipping time for out of stock items and larger special orders.

Within 10 days after original purchase, you may return unopened merchandise (including damaged or defective items) minus shipping charges, for a full refund or exchange once the item (s) are received.
