We currently ship anywhere within the US. We also offer a selected line of our products on Amazon.com Prime where we ship to the US and Canada.
For customers who would like to pick-up orders on-site in West Seattle, please choose the 'on-site' shipping option during check out. Once your order is complete, we'll email you with details and to coordinate a time for pick-up.
Our offices are open Mon - Fri (10am-4pm PST, except holidays), with limited hours on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours (for in-stock items). Shipping can then take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive (we use USPS). You will be notified of the shipping time for out of stock items and larger special orders.
Within 10 days after original purchase, you may return unopened merchandise (including damaged or defective items) minus shipping charges, for a full refund or exchange once the item (s) are received.
